About Us

Founded in 2009, our diocese has grown from 14 founding congregations to 41 congregations today. In addition, we have four church plants in formation. Although our diocese is diverse, there is a strong sense of shared mission and cooperation among our clergy and congregations. We are united in our embrace of the three streams in our Anglican heritage: the authority of Scripture, the importance of the Sacraments, and the ongoing reliance on the Spirit’s power for life and ministry.

Congregations

The 41 congregations of the Gulf Atlantic Diocese are located within 4 deaneries across Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. This map shows the location of each church and provides a link to their websites.
